I am a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and get to visit family there when I
can. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BA and MA in Education.
I taught school for 11 years, from Georgia to Texas and most of the states in
between. Real Estate became my career in 2003 and I have enjoyed the challenges
this business offers since then. Becoming a Manager of Mentors and Training as
well as Mentoring, was a natural progression of my past experiences and fits my
personality perfectly. I still love the business of helping clients Buy and
Sell Real Estate, helping them to find the home that best meets their family
needs, but now I am able to put my experience to good use and help new agents
learn what they need in order to help their own clients and better understand
the regulations of Real Estate. I am a member of SMDRA. I enjoy my children and
their weekend sports events, my trips to the beach, (to soak up the sun) and I
love reading when time allows. I am a member of MountainView church in
Highlands Ranch. I have lived in Colorado since the summer of 1998 and wouldn’t
want to be anywhere else….Where else does each day look more beautiful than
the one before it, as the sun sets over the tall peaks of the Colorado
Rockies??

Judy Bowers
Administrative Assistant
Judy Bowers background is in Denver City Government, real estate, and the
hospitality industry. Judy has worked part-time in real estate offices since 1991.
From 1987 to 1990, she lived in California, and worked full-time for the Mayor
and City Manager in Laquinta, California, and part-time at the Laquinta Country
Club. From 1989 to 1990, Judy worked for the Golf Pro at Sherwood Country Club
in Thousand Oaks, California. Previous hospitality experience includes Brown
Palace Hotel and Sheraton Denver Tech Center. Judy retired from the City and
County of Denver in 2002 with 27 years of service and joined Cherry Creek
Properties in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. She works in our Cherry
Creek location Monday through Thursday.

Philip Kranefuss

Philip Kranefuss grew up in Michigan and graduated from University of North
Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in History. After graduation, Philip moved
into an entrepreneurial role and established a number of businesses related to
the motorsports industry and real estate. Philip is currently a residential
Realtor and Manager of the Cherry Creek branch office. He is also member of the
Denver Board of Realtors.
