Distressed Home Sales in Parker’s Stonegate neighborhood

Blog Author: Sara Hankenson, QSC, Realtor®, Cherry Creek Properties, LLC Parker Colorado is a Southeast suburb of Denver, Colorado.  Parker has had its share of distressed properties (short sales,  bank-owned/REO’s, and government-owned/HUD’s) hitting the market over the past few years.
