Parker has had its share of distressed properties (short sales, bank-owned/REO’s, and government-owned/HUD’s) hitting the market over the past few years. However, the number of bank owned and HUD homes in the Stonegate neighborhood in Parker, Colorado has been steadily decreasing over the past year.
